REGULAR VENDORS

 

 

Regular vendors are individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses selling arts, crafts, clothing, plants, toys, furniture, promotional items, setting appointments or bookings in anticipation of future sales, etc. for profit or fundraising.  Garage sale items shall not be allowed. 

 

Requirements

 

1. Set-up time begins at 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 24, 2008. Booths ready for business at 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2008.

 

2. Vendors must supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, backdrops, equipment, electrical extension cords, tablecloths, floor covering, etc.

 

3. Vendor passes will be issued at check in. Parking in designated area only; illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.

 

4. Pets and smoking are not allowed in vendor area for health and safety concerns.

 

5. Pack your supplies lightly, no vehicles in building. Booths must be neat and clean throughout Fair.

 

8. Regular vendor spaces are indoors unless requested to be outdoors.

 

9. Violation of rules and requirements will be grounds for removal and fees forfeited.

 

 

Business Hours

Friday  5:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday  10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Sunday  10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Booth Space - Indoors: 10’ x 10’ electricity included - $50.00

additional booth spaces $45.00 each

 

Booth Space – Outdoors: 10’ x 10’ electricity included - $75.00

additional booth spaces $70.00

(Outdoor booths may remain open later if desired)

Non-profit vendors are groups, organizations, clubs, groups or businesses providing information, displays, or demonstrations free of charge or for the purpose recruiting memberships. with no prospect of sales on site or future sales.

2. Vendors must supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, backdrops, equipment, electrical extension cords, tablecloths, floor covering, etc.

FOOD VENDORS

 

Food vendors are individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses selling food and/or beverage items for consumption. Food and/or beverages may be prepared on site or pre- packaged.

 

Requirements

 

1. Set-up time begins at 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 24, 2008. Booths ready for business at 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2008.

 

2. Vendors must supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, backdrops, equipment, electrical extension cords, tablecloths, change, etc.  Ice will be available to purchase.

 

3. Booths must be neat, clean, and orderly throughout the Fair.  Food must be prepared and served according to State Health Regulations.

 

4. Vendors may sell food and/or beverage items as listed on application that has been reviewed and approved.  Menu changes must be pre-approved by vendor committee.

 

6. Food booths may remain open later to accommodate fair visitors, if desired.

 

7. Kerr County Fair holds exclusive on beer.  Carnival holds exclusive on popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones.

 

8. Vendor passes will be issued at check in.  Parking in designated area only; illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.

 

9. Liability/Product insurance is required for food vendors.  A copy of your certificate of liability insurance must be on file with Kerr County Fair Association.

 

10. Violation of rules and requirements will be grounds for removal and fees forfeited.

electricity (30 amp) and water - $145.00

Additional electricity - $50.00
