RULES AND REQUIRMENTS:

1. Set-up time begins at 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 24, 2008. Booths should be ready for business at 4:30 p.m.

2. Vendors supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, backdrops, equipment, electrical cords, tablecloths, floor covering, etc.

3. Pack supplies lightly, no vehicles in building. Booths must be neat and orderly throughout the Fair.

4. Vendor passes issued at check in. Parking in designated areas, illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

5. Pets and smoking are not allowed in vendor area for health and safety concerns.

6. Kerr County Fair has exclusive on beer. Carnival has exclusive popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones.

7. Food Vendors must provide Liability/Product liability insurance. Certificate of liability insurance must be on file with Kerr County Fair Association, Inc. Menu item changes by approval only.

8. Space reserved when payment in full is received, no checks after September 30, 2008, refunds by board approval.

9. Violation of rules and requirements will be grounds for removal and fees forfeited.
