Regular Vendors
|

Regular vendors are individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses selling arts,
crafts, clothing, plants, toys, furniture, promotional items, setting appointments
or bookings in anticipation of future sales, etc. for profit or fundraising. Garage
sale items shall not be allowed.

Requirements
|
|
|
1.
|
Set-up time begins at 9:00 AM, Friday, October 22, 2010. Booths ready for business
at 4:30 PM, Friday, October 22, 2010.
|
|
2.
|
Vendors must supply own tables, chairs, packing materials, backdrops, equipment,
electrical extension cords, tablecloths, floor covering, etc.
|
|
3.
|
Vendor passes will be issued at check-in. Parking in designated area only; illegally
parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.
|
|
4.
|
Pets and smoking are not allowed in vendor area for health and safety concerns.
|
|
5.
|
Pack your supplies lightly, no vehicles in building. Booths must be neat and clean
throughout Fair.
|
|
6.
|
Regular vendor spaces are indoors unless requested to be outdoors.
|
|
7.
|
Violation of rules and requirements will be grounds for removal and fees forfeited.
